Online Registration
Cancellation Policy
Pre-registrations are accepted by fax or online until 4:00 pm EST October 12, 2009. To register after this date you must do so on-site.
In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by October 1, 2009. After October 1, 2009, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Written notification of your cancellation is required to process your refund.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER NOVEMBER 15, 2009.
