Online Registration
Registration & Cancellation
Pre-registrations are accepted by fax or online until 4:00 pm EST October 15, 2009. To register after this date, you must do so on-site. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by September 18, 2009. After September 18, 2009, a $150 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Written notification of your cancellation is required in order to process your refund.
No refunds will be issued after October 30, 2009.
Online Registration Fees
Registration fee attendance, syllabus, lunches, refreshment breaks, two welcome receptions (Thursday and Friday), and gala dinnner.
