Online Registration
Pre-registrations are accepted by fax or online until
4:00 pm EST on January 30, 2009. To register
after this date, you must do so on-site.
In case of
cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by
February 2, 2009. After February 2, 2009, a $100
cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Written notification of your cancellation is required in
order to process your refund.
NO REFUNDS WILL
BE ISSUED AFTER February 28, 2009.

This course uses our online registration system which instantly approves credit card transactions and issues you a receipt immediately.
Instructions for first time users:
