Abstract Submission Guidelines

Deadline: September 1, 2007

Abstract Submission
Abstracts should be received no later than September 1, 2007. Submissions by email, fax or airmail are not permitted. Please contact UNITECH Communications when online submission is unavailable. Upon abstract acceptance registration is required.

Official Language
All papers have to be submitted and presented in English.

Author Affiliation
Authors from different institutions should be identified by a numeral within the process. Indicate contact person with * and provide his/her email address at the bottom of the abstract.

Text of the Abstract:
A. Headings: When used, the headings of “Objectives,” “Methods,” “Results,” and “Conclusions” should be in bold.

B. The use of standard abbreviations is acceptable. Other abbreviations should be placed in parentheses, after the first appearance of the full word for which it stands.

C. Topic Categories:  You are required to select the most appropriate topic category for your abstract. The topic categories are:

Note:
Once you have properly completed your abstract you must return to the Abstract Home within the system and submit the abstract to complete the total process.

Once your Abstract is Accepted

Once your abstract is accepted, you will need to develop a poster utilizing the following parameters:

Vertical display boards measuring 3’ x 7’ will be available during the Symposium for poster display.  Please limit the poster size to 32 inches wide x 50 inches tall (81.28 cms x 127 cms).
